Screening and Seminar Discussion - University of Oxford

Location: Ferrar Room, Hertford College

Hertford College, University of Oxford, is host for a screening of 1916 The Irish Rebellion as part of the college's Irish Seminar.

After the screening, there will be a discussion with Bríona Nic Dhíarmada, the originator, writer, and producer of the documentary and, along with Christopher Fox, Professor of English and Director of the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies, its executive producer.  Professor Nic Dhiarmada is the Thomas J. and Kathleen M. O'Donnell Professor of Irish Studies and Concurrent Professor of Film, Television and Theater at the University of Notre Dame, and a fellow of the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies.
